A great opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing team in Farnborough as a Digital Marketing Assistant. The role will be to support the Digital Marketing team with Email, Web analytics, SEO and content editing to help drive customer/business value and good customer outcomes.

- Support email campaign set up
 - Support the creation of web analytics dashboards
 - Contribute to the digital marketing function with ideas and innovations
 - Support the necessary tools and processes to deliver digital marketing campaigns and drive effectiveness
 - Contribute to the development of market leading, customer centric online journeys
 - Support the broader team with the deployment of digital campaigns and assets
 - Support effectiveness and sales culture driving best practice web marketing
 - Support the embedding and implementation of new CMS platforms
 - Support the editing (using our content management system) of web properties
 - Take action to manage own personal development and encourage others to do the same
 - Be familiar with other 3rd party content or program systems (BaseCamp, Trello)
 - Collect online experience data from well-established sources to support the development of prototype and new technology opportunities
 - Support the resolution of day to day problems
 - Support the workflow of jobs into the Digital Team
 - Support the UK Business to embed SEO best practice across the web landscape
 - Model behaviours that demonstrate commitment to corporate values.
 - Participate fully as a team member and contribute to the improved performance of the project or operational team.
 
- Degree level education in a relevant field or at least 3 years of experience in an online role
 - HTML Knowledge (preferable)
 - SEO best practice knowledge (preferable)
 - Good knowledge of key metrics within online marketing (preferable)
 - Skilled in the use of a web analytics tool (preferable)
 - Proven experience of web marketing execution
 - Experience of using a content management software (Sitecore preferable)
 - Understanding of user centric design processes
 - Strong presenter and influencer
 - Be familiar with Agile workflow (preferable)
 - A passion for the customer
 - A passion for new technology
 - Very organised
 - Self starter
 - Strong eye for detail
 - Strong analytical, problem solving skill
 - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
