I can't make recommendations on specific sweepstakes, pin-submits; as far as the actual offers go.
A sweepstakes purpose is to get email address optins to send bulk mail with offers. That is what the CPA is for.
You might try to find email DOI's for brands like Walmart, Tesco someone reputable. Discount cards direct from the sources (not phishing). Another problem, is many legit brands with programs will not accept bulk (RTB/DSP) internet ads as a source --an want only organic traffic from your website or maybe PPC bidding with too many restrictions.
