Looking For Looking for unusual pop traffic

Hi!

I am looking for pop traffic with some features:

1. It comes only from IE and Edge (not because Chrome or FF was turned off. These sources just don't have traffic from Chrome or FF)
2. Most likely the pop is shown at random time. (not only when user surf on the Internet)
3. It's expensive - about $30-50 for US CPM

I'm not sure about source of this traffic - perhaps it's from injections or adware

If you have any info where to find it - please help me

I think you would need to buy millions of hits and database the IP and browser fingerprint data if you want to use only what you want -- I have not ever seen that offered. *single browser users of Edge*

Why cant you just filter Edge browser users?
