I am having trouble finding the kind of products that I want to support that have enough sales on clickbank. What are the others sites similar to clickbank are there? My niche is geared towards health/diabetes.

Joe, have you tried some of the larger networks like; CJ, Linkshare, SaS? They have plenty of health related merchants available.
