You have to provide a list of the URL on which the comments with link to my sites are. And all the comments need to be approved and won't be deleted in the future.
I have a tight budget. My highest rate will be $0.05 per comment on no-follow sites, and $0.1 per comment on do-follow sites. I'm looking to buy at least 300 comments at first, and if you are good, I'm looking to work with you in the long-term.
