Looking for best pay per call network

Hi guys
I am new to this thread and i am looking for a pay per call network since long time.
I just watch many pubs networks near me are running their offices but they actually don't tell the best company.
I just want to know that which pay per call network is best that's dont scam. Gives payment on time I just observe the Results Call but saw fake reviews and scam reviews on trust pilot. Any ones knows which network is best for high pay per call.
Addtional I am also looking for Furniture Supplier to Sell Furniture in Uk.

Any tips to get approve by them faster cuz i worked on elocal on a 50-50 revenue share with local guy in our city. now i want to keep running own office and they ask for previous works dashboard screenshoots that i dont have currently. any further tips will be appreciated
