Job Responsibilities:


  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities with industry leaders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiation and management of partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of partnerships.
  • Onboard the business into all accessible networks.
  • Analyze the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to identify and develop new products and services that align with partnership objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and spot new opportunities for partnership growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
  • 5 +years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, affiliate management
  • Experience in e-commerce and sweeps verticals
  • Established book of business with US GEOs traffic
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the affiliate marketing space


  • 100% remote
