I am looking for ad networks who work on CPL or CPA basis. I am looking for traffic for a new cam site, any recommendations?

Why should someone invest their capital or saleable product in your business?
They can sell the ads for cash and ad networks pay for the ads from a RTB exchange or CPM from their network websites.

It's just not realistic
That said, if you have over 100 models live and online --I might be interested.
