Did you try JuicyAds? I should definitely try monetizing your traffic with CrakRevenue as well, they are the best adult CPA network.

Those movies (video or images) are copyright protected. Publishing them without license is infringement. You may/(will) probably sooner or later get a DMCA for this -- so will Google and your webhosting. This is not fair use.
Advertising networks don't want to deal with DMCA paperwork over a few hundred dollars of ad revenue -- more trouble that it is worth.
Using copyright content for monetary gain without license is not *fair-use*
A lawsuit these days costs $20K up so you probably won't get sued -- unless you are collectable -- or someone wants to make an example of you.

Juicyads is malware ad-network. I kicked them in 2016 and never used it. They redirect mobile visitor to ad site. I caught them when i visited my site from mobile phone and it redirected to malware page and asking for enter mobile number to continue, at that time i used only banner ads of them.

I never see this in Juicyads they was best in any way.
Do you know why their cpm is 10 times more than other ad-network? The market is very competitive and range is ± 20% in cpm rate. It's possible that they were showing malware ads for different countries not your country. After kicking them site bounce rate decreased by 40%, page view increased by 50%, time on site increased by 40% and after all traffic increased by 5 times.
