Oh If you want to learn about programming then, first of all, you should choose which programming language you wish to learn and practice.

Like if you wish to learn C++ then you have to learn all its basic concepts and its logics which are used to run any program. You can join a language class to solve your issues regarding bugs.

Well I do know basic structure and program in c and c++ I do have general knowledge in HTML 5 with bootstrap use.
What I want learn is ethical hacking and general which language should I start with I have no idea can you give me a start up language for it.
