Just started managing affiliates, any tips or tricks?

Hello ,

My name is Harvey Dobson and I am the web developer at Rapanui Clothing, we're a small Isle of Wight based brand specialising ethically sourced clothing. We operate an ethical sustainable project, with an multi award-winning product.

I've just taken over the responsibility of managing our affiliate marketing programme, I have a bit of background knowledge with affiliates but I have never first hand had to manage them, so basically I'm just asking for any advice, tips or tricks you guys might have in regards to generating leads and finding sites that fit our demographic.

I'm happy to offer either knowledge in web design, development and hosting or a discount voucher on our website in return for any useful advice.
