I have very high crawl rate as you can see in figure.

I need to know, if i decrease the crawl speed then it will effect my site ranking or not?

Yes it will effect webpage ranking if you limit Google from crawling your webpages. Google usually crawls webpages at intervals to update their ranking page and if they are limited for a webpage they skip those pages.

If your sitespeed is slow or server response time is low then crawl rate limit drops and Googlebot crawl only a few of your pages. If your site is responding quickly then crawling rate may increase. You can setcrawl rate limit in search console.

As you can see in figure, google is crawling millions of my wordpress pages. I don't have any problem up to 10 miilion/day.

Google who?
Googlebot is only fetching your HTML source (probably) PDF and other compiled files may be a resource problem.
Google Images is another indexing robot and story ...
Bandwidth is pretty cheap these days.

No pdfs. All are dynamically generated html pages without cache. I am using NOSQL DB in wordpress to produce these pages.
My DB size is only 700 MB. With 1500 visitors online at a time[200k/day] server load is around 20%. Cpu benchmark is 10k.
