Is Amazon.in is enough for substential sales

My choosen niche air conditioning is mainly focused for India. I have signed for Amazon India affiliate programe. I want to know is amazon india is enough for substential sales or one must sign for amazon USA. Also guide how is air conditioning as a choosen niche. Pls help.

I think it depends on your marketing strategy. Nowadays, seems almost all internet users know Amazon, and most of them have an account on Amazon. If you rely on product review and specification type of content, you'll be left behind as Amazon has product review and specification sections too on every product. The key is your site's traffic. If they find your site as they get something informative and comparative, there you'll have the opportunities to refer them to Amazon through your affiliate links.
