Investment?

Hi guys,

I have been around for a while in the CPA game and i have done pretty well thus far. Every time i have been paid i have moved the majority of my funds to a savings account for a rainy day or investment. I do eventually what to move onto bigger and better things. Well that's the plan anyway.

My question is if you had a set amount of money lets say $40K just cause. What exactly would you do with it?

There are some websites where you can lend people money online like lendingClub or Prosper. There are different risk levels with different interest rates.
I haven't tried so I can't personally recommend but you can take a look, sounds pretty safe.

Other ideas:
- create your own product and promote it
- real estate
- more campaigns
