Which platform is the best for writing a blog according your exp. and Google Search engine

There's no best platform per se. Depending on how good you are at what you do, any platform would get you the results you seek. However since some platforms have lots of rules any infraction would get you penalized and should you lose access to your blog all the time spent creating content and promoting it would have been wasted.

That's why it's better to have a self-hosted blog because it offers you the freedom to monetize your blog as you please. As for CMS, I think Wordpress is the best.
