Incentivized offers

Does anyone have experience with incentivized offers? Can you give the customers cash for completing the offers? Or how does it work?

Then why they list some offers under incent category? What kind of incentives are allowed (Lets say, for fx, casino/gambling offers)?

I guess for reason those items are so difficult to convert;

1. The platform will accept any traffic.
2. The offer only pays-out on a FTD (First Ttime Deposit) so the initial referral source is immaterial
3. The platform has little concern with reputation management --because of their MO (modus operandi).
