ILQ stopped working FF

I have this cool firefox extension called ILQ (internet link quality) that tells, or did tell how many .gov .edu and alexa ranking and ILQ ranking of the site you are visiting. I have had it a long time and it stopped working recently. I tried to update it but it remains ver 1.0 on my browser. I downloaded ver 1.1 but the about tells me it stays 1.0. :wacko:

v1.1 ILQ Firefox extension now works with Firefox v2.0
The web based ILQ Rating Tool is now available as a FireFox Extension. This tool give you the ILQ (Inbound Link Quality) rating of the current site showing in your FF browser.

My version of Firefox/2.0.0.16 :sweat:
