theres lots of options, and its depends on what you want to make and to do ! (CPA, Affiliates, Mobile....etc)

100% I'd spend it on PPV campaigns. (LeadImpact)
1000$ sounds good but why would I waste it all on Leadimpact when I can do 50 onred. No offence to (Leadimpact) but they don't accept all my url's, the last time, I asked for a refund and they refunded in no time 
But with 50onred, I can flex my target anyway I want it and I'll still have $500 to keep, I will look into adbridge for template and tracking since they claim its free for now. If you are interested in adult and campaigns like me, I will just consider exoclick run off and adcash, then wait for result, optimize my campaign and scale for maximum ROI. Hope I spent the 1000$ wisely.
