They have very good deliverability. I'm actually getting better deliverability with them right now than getresponse/aweber, which everyone likes to recommend.
Most all autoresponders offer a free trial. I recommend you sign up and then get at least 5 accounts for hotmail, gmail, yahoo and aol (20 total) and create a list and send test mailing and then check their deliverability. Any existing accounts that you have, I would use them as well. The more the better. I actually use a lot.
What I find is that my data is usually about 80% gmail/yahoo and 10% aol/hotmail and all other domains makes up the remaining 10%.
I have found that pretty much all autoresponders deliver good to the remaining 10%. It's the TLD's you have to worry about.
If you have large enough amount of data, you can use multiple autoresponders and just move data around based on what an autoresponder is inboxing well.
