I want to start a bilingual website/blog?

I'm planning to have a website and I currently have huge fans/leads for my language ( (Arabic). My objective is to sell to Arabic visitors fitness coaching services (I'm a personal trainer) and I want to target English audience by selling fitness/health related affiliate offers. Any advice of how this idea can be shaped on the same site with reference to writing articles, driving traffic, SEO etc......

bilingual websites are not good. The simple reason: Crawlers can not handle 2 languages on the same site. The consequences are big disadvantages in the SEO and SERP-rankings.

The better solution is always, the second language either on a separate website with a separate domain, or at least on a sub-domain like e.g. PayPal for Saudi Arabia: the country-specific subdomain is paypal[.]com/sa .
