I am looking to increase my affiliate program - how should I find webmasters?

Email is the key to a successful affiliate program. It is time consuming, but fairly easy to get good affiliates if your site is setup right and converts. If your site does not convert, then there is nothing anybody can do to attract affiliates.

Build a keyword list with keywords that you think will convert, go look at the top sites for these keywords and start sending introduction emails.

Tell them about your offers and offer to send a sample for review.

This means you are only contacting sites with established traffic. Easy, but takes a lot of time.
