That is a very narrow proposition.
I don't think the affiliate marketing will be a very good source -- I say this as someone who was a licensed building contractor for 14 years.
You need to have insurance agents bird dog for you. And/or you need local SEO. Perhaps, touting in social media might work.
So if you are in Chicago local social media; sell this guy some paid posts -- get your money up front
