I have been trying to start my affiliate marketing business. I have all of the pieces, but can't seem to pull it all together. Can someone walk me step by step to get at least one campaign off the ground?

There may be some answers to more specific questions.
If I gave you a box of computer parts could you assemble the computer without consulting the assembly manual?
Even if you are experienced you will have some questions ...
There is no manual for affiliate marketing, or for that matter -- for any business plan. There are only models to try based on some known data or reasonable assumptions.
So, you need to start with a subject, devise some strategic plan and then develop the correct tactics -- that will work.
That said; Where are you stuck at currently and EXACTLY?
