I don’t have much experience with Meta Ads. I want to run batting ads on Meta and Google, but I’m frustrated with repeated ad rejections. I have read about ad cloaking on several threads can someone explain how to set up ad cloaking and which platforms are best for it? Thank you.

As far as I know, Meta doesn’t operate the same way Google does. Gray-hat and black-hat advertising has been banned there for a long time. But they sometimes let these ads slip through for their own profit. So read forums and chat rooms to see how people do it. You’ll figure it out. And again, not much has changed over the years, aside from a few additional minor steps. High-quality, well-established accounts and good content. I’ve come across ads with naked girls more than once. And no algorithm would have let that through if they hadn’t turned a blind eye to it

To run Facebook ads, create a campaign in Meta Ads Manager, choose your objective, monitor performance regularly, and optimize based on results. If meta not approve ads you can try exchange links tricks.
