How To Get Your Resource Listed
In order to get listed you MUST be an official representative of the company with an @companyname email address.

The vendor applications are generally reviewed Monday through Thursday with a 48 to 72 hour turn around in most cases.
Please ensure that you have ALL of the minimum requirements before submitting your application
Before you can solicit members for your business, you must have an official listing in our Resources area. We vet all businesses, and their reps, before issuing an approval and vendor credentials.
This is a requirement and not an option. This is a simple and easy vetting of vendors in an effort to protect our members from illicit people and businesses. The vendor applications are generally reviewed Monday through Thursday with a 72 hour turn around in most cases.
Requirements:
The contact email in the resource listing must be an email that matches the domain of the site being registered.
You must be a staff representative or the owner of the business.
All reps are required to have an avatar on their personal profile.
Your member email must be your personal company email that matches the domain of the site being registered. Company representatives must be your personalized company email address matching the website domain or parent company domain. Examples: bob@yourcompany.com or mary@yourcompany.com .
o Company representative emails cannot use “role-based names” as the email prefix. These are not permitted for two reasons. One, they seldom get through to the reps. Two, most all bulk email processors scrub these emails from our lists now due to extremely high bounce rates.
e.g.: contact@, info@, pr@, admin@, support@, service@, webmaster@, etc., are not permitted for the user accounts (search for more info on role-based names).
All reps assigned to an approved listing, must have a personalized company email associated with their member account. If a rep changes this after getting an approved listing and we find out, we immediately remove the listing.
o Your resource listing can, of course, have any role-based name in the listing that you prefer. Just keep in mind, the resource listing email is the email our members will use for inquiries.
All reps are required to keep the option to receive emails from AffiliateFix turned on. When we message you in the forums, you will receive an email notification. When a member responds to a thread or post of yours, you will receive an email notification. If we find you have turned off the “Receive Emails & Updates” option, we will un-approve the listing until such time as you turn emails back on.
(OPTIONAL) "Published Phone Number" on site. * Required only for those who want the Certified badge.
(OPTIONAL) "Published Physical Address" on site. * Required only for those who want the Certified badge.
You must complete your profile page and personal signature. You want members to know as much about you as is possible. Keep your signature professional and to the point. Don’t over-do-it. (see our TOS)
Once your new business listing is ready for approval, we will message you that your listing will launch when we receive a company icon that is 250x250 (png or jpg), and a listing banner 1200x300 (animated gif is best, or a png, or jpg). We will provide instructions at that time as to where to provide the icon and banner.
The vendor listing, and the representative credentials are free. However, if you plan to have additional reps recruiting members, then you will need to upgrade the vendor account.

- All listings must be in English.
- Website (you must have an English version).
- Your website must be secured with an SSL.
- Appropriate "Disclosure Pages" on the website. This is a lawful requirement in all Tier 1 and most Tier 2 countries.
