How to find reliable publishers for COD offers? (cash on delivery)

Hye, I'm farjad from Idvert, advertisers.

We're advertisers for COD offers, Geos are South east Asia mostly MY, VN, HK, TW etc. High payouts and fortnightly payments.
As most of the networks doesn't have these geos, i'm feeling difficulty in finding appropriate affiliates for my offers.

I'm open to suggestions and offers.

COD means payment terms -- I think you mean what I call a CPA "rev-share" -- a commission for a successful sale --correct?
PPS (pay per sale) or repeat sale income? or both?
