Personally, I usually use Google webmaster tool to submit. You can register an account for free in google.

you can try Imtalk to sumbit directories it has some best inbuilt directories you can submit it

you can go in computer and there you can find sub category desktop, i think it is best category for your blog to submit there.

When you are submitting IMtalk you will get virus while submitting better don't prefer that try to do manually

I have a good list of directories but I only have 9 posts so I can't add links yet. Anyways, when I had more than 10posts I will share you my list. For now you can search google for list of directories. I must remind you choose only those with high PR and good source.
