Used Facebook to market real estate assets for rent and it always brought results.
Basically I posted an asset to the company page I managed and promoted it to specific kinds of people (depending on the asset).
Started about 4 years ago.
It works well if you know how to use it.

For Digital marketing, here is what you should learn:
1. SEO
2. Email marketing
3. PPC
4. Social media
My method of learning those is just by following MAXIMUM 3 TOP GUYS in each of the field. That's it. Then learning and applying.
If you do not have enough money to take their courses, let's go to Udemy - make sure you hunt free courses or coupons, so you will save money.
