I just downloaded 5,000 email addresses, but there is just a lot of junk in the list. How to I sort it out, or is there a program to take care of it? Taking an 17 video course but that doesn't help me now. All suggestions, help and answers will be greeted with Eureeka!

Before you try to clean it up, did you know about the CAN SPAM act? You really can't (shouldn't) even try to mass mail people. You can get in all kinds of trouble and even have problems with your ISP. If you just downloaded a list of 5,000 emails chances are most of them are bad anyway.
