At the last Google PR update. A few of my lenses gain PR (I have not linked to them from external sites) the PR must have come from visitor feedback I left at other lenses.
Just posted about this on the squidnews thread as it was asked there. Most of my lenses in the top 10,000 lensrank had a pr of 3 or 4, as lensrank drops so does PR, but not always consistently.
As to how they did a the last update, difficult for me to say as I hadn't really paid much attention to what they were previously. Though it may explain the surprise I got when one of my lenses started getting a huge amount of visitors from yahoo and google in the last few days. I'm usually very happy with lenses that get over 100 visits a week, this one got 1000 in like 3 days! 90% of from yahoo & google.
