That's a hard one. There's no way to tell, maybe Google Analytics can provide statistics you can analyse and come to a conclusion. Keeping in mind how the users reacts to the content can provide a clue as well. If you follow all the guidelines, there's a good chance your content is high quality.

If you want to check the text only then you go for plagiarism, plagiarismsoftware, paperrater, etc and if you want check the whole site then you should go for copyscape, siteliner, copygator, etc.

You should make sure that the content you are going for is unique and the best way to check the uniqueness of content is through a plagiarism checker, other than that it is important to make sure content is grammatically correct and people take some meaningful information from what you deliver. There is no other way to check the effects of content.
