Do you think the price of housing will decrease soon or will it continue to increase?

Personally I don't think they will decrease - perhaps the rate they are rising at will cool off a bit - with the interest rate rises and the introduction of Home Information Pack people may wait before selling until things settle down.

However City bonuses are likely to be high again this year, and as they spend their bonuses on investing in London property, it will drive prices higher. Where London prices lead, the rest of the country generally follows.

I am sure you are more knowledgeable in this area than me Loran, but I think (or rather wish) that house prices would crash, its crazy the rate at which prices are rising.
