My name is Oli, and I work in marketing and technical services for a UK based web-software SME.

I'm interested to find out what is happening in the affiliates sector, and if possible get some pointers for expanding our companies affiliates programme.

Is this the right place to ask for advice on the best places to promote affiliate programs for web-software and hosted services?

Yes this forum is a good place to ask questions about recruiting but this in not the right section of the forum to get help.

Go to our merchant/affiliate manager forum and read the posts there about how to recruit affiliates and promote your program. Then start a new thread in that section with your questions.
