help with css an IE

My blog site ive noticed is dispalying differently in IE than firefox.

I am looking for the header to be the same as it is in firefox rather than how it is with IE.

pls ignore above. Ive made a compromise and left icon underneath search box then in ie it displays same. Bl@@dy microsoft and IE
