How are you doing? I recently joined this forum and the prompt in the bottom right wants me to introduce myself real bad .

So here we go, I am Ujwal & I work at Astra security (getastra.com). We make web security a 5-minute affair for businesses. We recently launched our affiliate program (getastra.com/s/astra-affiliate-program) & I am taking care of it. Right now we have ~100 affiliates & planning to shoot this number up in the coming weeks. I plan to use this forum to gain valuable insights into the world of Affiliate marketing

Before you can solicit members for your business, you have to have an official listing in our Resources area. The owners vet all businesses, and their reps, before issuing an approval and vendor credentials.

Please refrain from directing members to your company until such time you are approved and issued your vendor credentials.

When it comes to pitching your business and services, you will need to become an approved Resource and listed in our official Resources section. This is a requirement and not an option. This is a simple and easy vetting of vendors in an effort to protect our members from illicit people and businesses.

The vendor applications are generally reviewed Monday through Thursday with a 24 hour turn around in most cases.

The vendor listing and the representative credentials are free. However, if you plan to have additional reps recruiting members, then you will need to upgrade the vendor account.

How To Get Your Resource Listed - You can apply here to have your company, products, and services listed in our official Resources area.

Alternatively if you wish to advertise on our website,please visit here.

Remember to check out the enhanced account upgrades for members and approved vendors here.

I handle the affiliate program at Astra Security (you can find a listing in the resource section ). My major aim here is to be a part of the community & see how we can mutually benefit. It could be helping members by answering their queries about Astra affiliate program or by knowing what the community likes so that we could improve our own program & cater better to the community expectations

How and on what formats are you currently buying traffic for your product?

We don't buy traffic as such. All our traffic comes through organic searches. We post helpful content and keep our blog really active & rank high on security-related keywords. The second biggest source of traffic is through the content that our affiliates post. We help our affiliates with any content requirement that they may have & they churn out some amazing content highlighting what they like about Astra & how has there experience been. This drives trust & thus traffic.
