Quick item of advice
keep a notepad and 2 pens with you
or use your cell phone notepad
whenever you have an idea
--> write it down
then end of your day
or end of your week
review your notes
  1. action
  2. trash
try it
good for decluttering your brain
works for me :)

What I used to do when I had too many tasks in various stages of planning was:
(I was a corporate developer and planning 'go to guy')

tree test-calendar
test-calendar[2022]*
├── 01
├── 02
├── 03
├── 04
├── 05
├── 06
├── 07
├── 08
├── 09
├── 10
├── 11
├── 12
└── calendar.sh

then add topic name directories (folders) for each month and make my notes in them
do
$ ./calendar.sh and it's set up in 2 seconds :)

bash script:
Bash:
#!/bin/bash -vx
count=0
done=0
while [ $count -le 8 ]
do

(( count++ ))

mkdir "0$count"
done

count=9
done=0
while [ $count -le 11 ]
do

(( count++ ))

mkdir "$count"
done

echo Finished
TY for coming to my TED Talk :p

Sometimes its best to write your ideas .But i have a more better idea .You need to stay in bed at night and relax and listen to your mind .The best idea comes before you sleep from your subconstient mind when its active

Try 1st & last hour without electric
I mean NO electric
no lights
no cell phone

keeps the bugs away in summer too
man its gettin hot!
only 245 days until Christmas

I’ve started tagging ideas in my notes app with simple labels like “quick test,” “long-term,” or “random.” It helps me sort through things faster at the end of the week. Do any of you use a specific system to decide which ideas deserve attention first? I'm curious how others keep their idea lists from turning into clutter.

I do the same thing and toss in little sensory cues too, because they help me remember why an idea felt exciting in the moment. Sometimes I even jot down whatever scent I’ve got going, like the best apple cinnamon candles I burn while working, since it helps me link the idea to the mood I was in. Makes sorting through notes later feel way less like a chore.
