1) what is the best and easy way to increase PR ?
2) Google's page rank Update Goes After Paid Links ? : if you have more paid link , is it useful for increase PR or it will decrease PR ?

3) What is the latest update on Google PR algorithm ?

1) what is the best and easy way to increase PR ? - Don't bother. Just simply provide useful, valuable, relevant content, promote it in decent places, and you should be fine. Chasing PR is like putting the cart before the horse.

2) Google's page rank Update Goes After Paid Links ? : if you have more paid link , is is full for PR to increase or will it decrease PR ? It'd decrease PR, but may not effect your serps. But something I've learnt recently is that you can make a lot more stable income from natural listings than you can from buying and selling PR.

3) What is the latest update on Google PR algorithm ? Who knows?!?!? Google won't share it (why should they, it's the core of the business?)
