Do you think people would pay good money for Google plus social signals from real accounts? I have quite an established account on there and could easily generate a load of +1s, comments and shares.

If you can explain in detail WHY or HOW are you possible get those G+ legitimately.. then, you'll business will be good, but I think, it's a bit blackhat.
