Google is not always the king

Some people in SEO assume that Google is the be all end all. However Yahoo and Bing can also bring decent amounts of traffic and even in some cases more.

The majority of Bing uses are also older with higher incomes, so that means traffic will convert better than if it were to come from Google.

Thanks for the heads up. I am seeing zero Yahoo and very little Bing traffic though. I think Google is a little quicker to rank sites, perhaps they are more confident with their formula.

Bing is very good when using their PPC platform and they allow affiliates...that's one of the biggest advantage. In terms of SE traffic, hmm, I still think the users on Bing are niched to some specific categories.

It might convert better but in I've never had a single site or even heard of a site where the Bing traffic comes even remotely close to the level of Google traffic.

G is still king in my opinion.
