I had heard that many people are making good money out of Google AdWords.And one popular way to do it is by adding google adWords to your websites.Will anyone share personal experience with me?

Yes, Its Addsence.. even through i have tried many times to register with this i have rejected.. even i have high quality content on my site.. so before add them read the TC very closely
