Getting from XXX daily profit to XXXX and more

In your opinion what are the most important factors to take a campaign from a low 3 figure daily profits to 4 figures and more?

Is it the offer, traffic source, creatives or actual connections?

I would say the most important factor to take a camp from 3 to 4 figures and beyond is playing in a large enough pool to begin with. Are there enough people in your target audience / traffic source? If so, you just need to basically spend more to scale. The offer is also key as it depends if the advertiser can take a lot of traffic and cap exists and is a stable offer (no scrub, etc.). Connections come into play in getting caps / exclusive offers.
