This is a real serious problem. Once a telemarketer starts spoofing your phone number you basically have to get a new number. They will call out ten thousand people a day using your phone number and you'll get a flood of return calls.

It's just horrible. Just look up "Caller Id Spoofing". There is a whole industry for ruining people's lives.
