Looking For Freelancer [dot] com programers recomendation

Hi, I want to hire developers on freelancer.com for game/software development but seems that I cant cut thru the bull... and that is taking me lots of my time. High amount of bidders but low quality portfolios, pushy, rude.. What experiences do you have and I would like to ask you can you recommend someone good!?

What is your budget? All freelancing sites have preferred programs for their big clients, with dedicated managers that will connect you to good freelancers.

I have tried that sites but the quality on that pages is far lower than on freelancer. Thanks anyway
