Free Scrapebox alternatives?

I am looking for a scrapebox alternative to help in generating backlinks and keyword research...is there anything like scrapebox that can do that but free?

I ran across this recently, but (disclaimer) have not tried it out. It's about the only thing that I've found for free. I'll have to wait to try it out until I have more time...just in case it really messes something up! Hope it helps.
