The directory is cool, I like it too. This is the second time I come accross it, the first time is when it was lunch on the net, I submitted some of our sites then and it was approved as you did not.

I think it depends on what you are trying to achive, even as PR4 you should be charging if you wish, I have PR5 directory that is free and I have another directory with lower PR that is NOT free.
