Feedback on traffic Networks

I am looking for networks to advertise my lead gen offers. These are contact forms that need to be filled out in order to count as a conversion. The leads generated are then sold to end users. I am using Advertise.com with some success, along with TrafficVance and 7Search. What experience or opinions does everybody have on eZanga, Clicksor, AdSupply, Bidvertiser, StormSurge, DNTX, Engageya, ZeroPark, and SiteScout?

SiteScout - Huge inventory for display traffic.

Clicksor and Bidvertiser - IMO traffic quality sucks.

DNTX and ZeroPark - have great redirect/domain navigation traffic

eZanga, AdSupply, Stormsurge, and Engageya - haven't tested them
