FB Ad Account Disabled=New Domain needed?

Hey Guys

I recently had one of my Facebook ad accounts disabled.
I have appealed, but would still like to be proactive and productive.

The most likely reason I was using illustration creatives as a pattern interrupt which resulted in a few ad disapprovals.

My question is:

Would Facebook have a problem with me using the same domain and Facebook page to promote from on a different ad account?

Or will Facebook see this as a red flag and shut the new ad account immediately(or give it less reach), because of the Page and Domains association to the old disabled ad account?

Any information will be highly appreciated,

PS. I will be running very clean ads on the new account - this question is asking if the new Ad account will be shut down regardless due to association.
