Please tell me how much time has to past to know that an offer is worth to go with if you didn't had any conversions after 4 days only clicks on your LP.

Yes there are many factors you should consider before killing a campaign.

Are you split testing several landing pages?
How many clicks did you get for $12?
What was your CTR on ads and LP?
Are you rotating several offers on your LP?
and so on...

I don't think $12 ad spend has generated enough data to evaluate your campaign, but again I'm not sure which ad network you're buying traffic from...
