Facebook ad is charging more

It seems facebook is charging more money for ad. is there any way to reduce cost of quality ad.

You need to consider your earnings per click (EPC) not the tariff price CPM. You said quality, right?

Yes, earlier when i run ad for my targeted audience it cost less(for example - page like), but now a days it is difficult to reach that audience with that much amount. I dont find any documents to support my logic, this is solely my own experiences.

I've never personally preferred Facebook ads. The estimated reach figure they show you is complete bullsh*t.
