Ever Consider outsourcing?

Have you ever been asked by a perspective client to work on
a huge project, one that would require all of your time? I
know that for me, my time is already gone by the time I wake
up in the mornings! So I've had to outsource a few times - and
have even - given jobs away just because of my lack of time.

So I wanted to ask you all if you have ever outsourced a great
job that would pay a lot, but would take you away from your
other responsibilities?

I have outsourced a few projects with varing success. If I have to choose between outsourcingand doing stuff in house, I preferr getting things done with my staff than outsourcing.
I have had a major project messed up by and outsourcing company who currupted my code with open source code which the claimed to have coded themselve but I later found evidence that they just took some open source code and pass it off as code they created. I don't trust outsourcing companies, especially Indian outsourcing companies.
